Trailers and telescopic transport systems from Tešanj conquer the European market

From the plant in Kraševo near Tešanj, sophisticated products leave the plant every day and end up on the roads and logistics centers across Europe, from special trailers and telescopic transport systems to electronically equipped semi-trailers and specialized carts.

Hemtech Tešanj is a company specialized in the production of complex steel structures. It was founded as a result of cooperation between the Dutch trailer manufacturer Jumbo Groenewegen and the domestic steel structure company BME.

What sets Hemtech apart is its business philosophy, in which investment in technology and human resources development are equally important. Since its inception, the company has built its foundation on modular engineering, high precision and fast delivery, which today gives them a competitive advantage in the modern European market.

“Our team is made up of people who not only follow trends but also create them. Whether they are engineers, electronics, assemblers or operators, they all contribute to one common vision: we give the ultimate shape to steel and bring innovation to the industry”, emphasizes Niels Braspenning, director of Hemtech, reports Biznisinfo.ba.

In addition to modern equipment such as laser cutters, CNC presses, and multiple types of welding, Hemtech also has its own department for electrical and electronic components. All of this allows them to have complete quality control at all stages of production. By applying ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 standards, the company ensures that each product meets the high demands of clients from various industrial sectors.

Parallel to the development of technology, Hemtech continuously invests in the development of personnel. This year alone, they doubled their production capacity and are currently hiring in several sectors, from project management and electrical engineering to mechanical assembly and operational support in production.

“By investing in production capacities, we open the door to young experts and technicians, but also to those who want to learn through practice. Our goal is an environment in which people want to stay, develop and contribute to shared success,” they point out.

“The current challenges with tariffs do not have a direct impact on our business, but we are certainly monitoring developments and are ready to react at short notice. While challenges are always present, we see opportunities to strengthen our business by exploring alternative markets and strengthening the resilience of our supply chain. With a proactive approach, we strive to deal with the challenges ahead and continue to provide value to our customers,” said Braspenning.
